Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct eight pits and one reservoir. Work will include: 1) 1 issue: Mobilization, 2) 34,463 CY Common Excavation, 3) 2,337 CY Embankment Semicompacted. Work under this contract is located in Carter County, Montana The contractor will have 63 calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000. This is due prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov. It is also recommended that contractors complete their annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ELECTRONICALLY AT "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" ON/ABOUT 5/26/05. No hard copies are being sent.
