- Description
- Design and Construction of this project includes: clearing and grubbing, seeding, and mulching, excavation, removal and replacement of asphalt paving, concrete paving, installation of concrete discharge structures, installation of reinforced concrete piping, installation of box culverts, placement of riprock, removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutters, relocation of gas piping. Work area covers approximately 350 acres north of Crow Creek, at FE Warren AFB, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Estimated Cons truction cost $10,000,000 to $15,000,000. Firms must be able to obtain perormance and payment bonding both in an amount equal to 100% of the contract award. If a sufficient number of qualified sources to insure competition respond a formal FedBizOps announcement will be released designating this as a 100% SDVOSB. it is contemplated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 2005 with a due date o f approximately 24 June 2005. Those firms already registered in CCR should verify the accuracy of the information prior to providing the following information; CAGE code number, a statement that it has experience in this type of construction and the dollar magnitude, within the last 5 years have had or not had at least 5 projects of a similar nature.
