This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. PRON: AX5F 5395AX, NSN: 3130-01-257-5797, PN: 7-211160040(-7), Quantity: 288 each, this is a five-year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 288 each and a maximum quantity of 1,088 each, applicable to AH-64 Airframe. Deliveries for a quantity of 288 going to New Cum berland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery with First Article Testing is 288 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 288 each, 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Sche dule with Alternate II is 288 each, 275 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to the approved Small Businesses: Jaco Engineering, Inc., Cage Code 1H427 and W & G Machine Co., Inc., Cage Code 33682. This part requires engineering source app roval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
