Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 176 each 220 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is sole source to Choctaw Manufacturing & Development Corporation, Hugo, Oklahom a Cage 1K9Z0. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a compe titive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encoura ged to identify themselves.
