- The purpose of this sources sought is to identify potential sources to provide 2 2-1/2 inch galvanized decking for Bailey Bridge systems for delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong California. Interested parties are invited to submit the following information to Tracy Marino via email tracy.marino@sierra.army.mil or fax to 530-827-4722: 1) Experience and capability to deliver this type of product; This notice shall not be construed as a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, Invitation For Bid, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire follow-on acquisitions, however the Government may at its discretion award a contract(s) on the basis of this Notice, but is in no way obligated to pay for the information requested. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this notice and Government use of such information. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be part of this effort. If so included, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data and present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS AT THIS TIME, however the government will review responses to identify firms potenti ally capable of fulfilling the Governments requirements. A response to this notice in no way obligates the government to enter into a potential contract. Responses mailed must reach this office not later than May 19, 2005 and can be mailed to Sierra Army D epot, Attn: Tracy Marino, Building 150, Herlong, CA 96113.
