Description: DESC: A firm fixed-price five-year requirements contract is anticipated for the following items: Box, Accessory: NSN 1095-01-295-1825, P/N 5-45-4949; Cover, Access: NSN 5340-01-194-7194, P/N 5-45-2975 The Accessory Packing Kit Box (1095-01-295-1825) is made from aluminum .063 thick, approximately 42 inches by 20 inches by 15 inches; it consists of a cover and bottom weldment, hinge, chain and handles. CARC paint is required. Top Cover (5340-01-194-719 4) formed, welded and machined sheet steel, .029 thick, 54.13 inches by 29.50 inches by 29.38 inches with synthetic rubber, Type 1, Class 1, applied in recess. CARC paint is required. FOB is Destination. The approximate issue date will be 31 May 2005 wi th an approximate response date of 30 June 2005. First Article Test is required.
