- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-05-T-5005, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488119. The size standard is $6,000,000 in annual receipts. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4581. The Federal Service Code is 9999. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, 660 S. Aspen Street, Bldg 1005, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9551 is requesting Runway Rubber Removal at Buckley AFB, Aurora CO 80011-9551. To remove 85 percent of the rubber buildup from 100 percent of the rubber covered area within the area bound in length by the 32 threshold end of runway pavement and the 8,000 distance to go marker (approximately 1300 LF).
