Description: Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to construct a 2,050 SF addition to an existing maintenance building to be utilized as a truck wash area. The FSC is Z199 and the NAICS code is 236210 wit h a size standard of $28.5M. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
