- This solicitation is exempt from any waiting period IAW FAR 5.202(a)(13). This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: Blind Hand Riveter, NSN:5120-00-500-7944, Part #: PWA51762. Qty: 37. There are four option years included: Option I: 1-30 ea; Option II: 1-30 ea; Option III: 1-30 ea; and Option IV:1-30 ea. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. This activity will acquire the Blind Hand Riveter using Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources as a 100% set-side for Small Business under FAR 6.203. This solicitation will contain Export Control Data which will require verification through the Joint Certification Office for access to information.
