- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEM for a deployment processing center to have additional cameras and equipment installed to better view the cargo and personnel process. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Qty. of 2, four (4) camera input expansion boards. Qty. of 2, Cyber Dome Panels. Tilt 25x zoom with color by day, black and white by night. With heaters and blowers included. Qty. of 1, six (6) inch Flush mount cyber dome with 18x?s zoom lens and 360 degree zoom, tilt panel Qty.of 2, five (5) inch dome with varifocal auto iris lens and high resolution camera, (480 lines). Qty.of 1, 16 inch Camera input digital video multiplexing recorder with ethernet connection and 160 CIG hard drive. Qty. of 200 FT. of 1 ?? undergroud service conduit per foot. Qty. of 1, pole mount adapter. Qty. of 2, corner mount adapter for PTZ cameras. Qty. of 1, single mode fiber transmitter and reciever. Qty. of 1, 20? flat panel monitor. Qty. of 1, cables, connectors, ties, power supplies, mounting hardware, conduit, etc. Qty. of 1, Labor hours for complete installation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a writen solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors.
