- The USAF will issue an RFP for the repair of several Augmentor items. The contractor will furnish all required labor, direct material, parts, facilities, test equipment and services to accomplish repair/overhaul/remanufacture and modification, test, packaging, preservation and return of each item in completely serviceable condition. The solicitation will be issued electronically through the FEDBIZOPS website. A firm-fixed price, Requirements contract with a one-year basic and 4 one-year option ordering periods will be issued. Predominant material: Titanium Alloy; Size/Dimensions: about 27 inches long and 47 inches in diameter; Form/Fit/Function: The augmentor nozzle support is a housing that provides attaching locations for installing actuators, synchronizing ring, and other related hardware to operate the nozzle.
