- This synopsis is a request for proposal. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for non-calibration support services for the precision measurement equipment laboratory. Twenty four (24) individual skills will be specified to provide timekeeping, workload planning, scheduling, equipment control, and transportation (pickup and delivery) services. Vehicles will be government furnished. Included will be office management and clerical support. The contractor will be located on the base. Performance is a four (4) month Basic Period and one (1) Option Year. Place of Contract Performance: Hill Air Force Base, Utah This acquisition is Restricted, 100% HUBZONE SET-ASIDE
