- Dyess AFB plans to solicit for a new Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)contractors to begin performance 01 September 2005. This acquisition will be solicited no later than 30 June 2005. The current details are as follows: There will be three contractors: One will be Service-Connected Disabled, One will be Hub-Zone, and One will be 8(a).
