- Nurse Locality Pay System Third Party Compensation Data The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Washington, DC is conducting a sources sought (market research) regarding third party salary survey data to be used by Veterans Health Administration (VHA) field facilities to review and establish competitive pay rates for VA nurses and nurse anesthetist, within the existing framework of the nurse Locality Pay System, at a minimum: Provide standardized third party survey data for a variety of nurse occupations for approximately 167 VA facilities across the country. Compensation data should include salary data for Registered Nurse, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and a variety of nurse specialty positions such as Nurse Practitioner, Intensive Care Unit nurse, Operating Room nurse, Head Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, etc. at multiple grade levels. Data should include brief job descriptions and include at least 3 participant establishments. Provide for specific occupations, the number of employees for which the survey data applies, the actual salary rates paid, salary range, mid-point or median salary, average or mean salary, and the number of establishments. The data must reflect the local labor market area of the facility and be readily equated to one or more grade levels. Provide third party compensation data on an ongoing basis. Data should be readily available whenever there is a need to assess the competitiveness of pay at an individual VA facility. Provide salary data for all, or a majority of the metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas in which a VHA health care facilities/clinics are located Provide detailed information regarding sources from which third party survey data was obtained. Interested firms are requested to submit information identifying business size, and if applicable, your firm's General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) number. Also, please provide a capability statement and description of your firm's expertise and depth of experience in this area. Responses are due electronically to Priscilla A.
