Description

The Louis B. Stokes Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio located at 10701 Wade Park, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to seek full and open competition for the award of a single contract for the services of a Neurosurgeon for normal business hours 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday and after hours on-call services. Period of performance will be from date of award to September 30, 2005 with four (4) one-year options for renewal, which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government, and pending availability of funds. Services are to be performed at the address referenced above. Contractor is to provide neurosurgical services in the form of routine and emergency consultative and operative services for the Cleveland VAMC. The Contractor must have access to epilepsy surgery services. The NAICS code is 621111 and a size standard of $8.5 million. The RFP will be posted at this website at the close of this announcement.
