- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, has a requirement for Global 5000/Express Initial/Recurrent Training. FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) firm fixed contract for a period of 5 years on a full and open competitive basis. To be considered qualified, each offeror must possess an applicable training program approved under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121, or FAR Part 135, or FAR Part 145 for the Global 5000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611512 (Flight Training). The size standard is $21.5M. Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFACT-05-R-00011 is attached to this announcement. Contract performance shall commence on or around June 20, 2005. Questions on this SIR shall be in writing and be directed to debra.monzo@faa.gov. All questions are due by 2 p.m. local time by May 25, 2005. The offeror's completed response to the attached SIR must be submitted no later than 2 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 7, 2005, in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section L.
