- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting proposals to acquire the professional services of a Radiologist to interpret mammography films offsite for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, Lame Deer, Montana and the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. The Indian Health Service intends to award a single contract as a result of this solicitation. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four 12-month options. Prospective contractors may request a copy of the solicitation by contacting the Indian Health Service Contracting Office at (406) 247-7293, by faxing a request to (406) 247-7108, or by e-mailing RLangager@mail.ihs.gov. Requests for the solicitation should be submitted by May 19, 2005. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is May 20, 2005, with a response date of June 3, 2005. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
