- The National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) intends to issue a contract for nursing services as follows: All labor, supervision and management to provide nursing services at the following locations: (1) National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) Ward (Long Term Care facility) in Baton Rouge LA, night shift, 365 days per year including holidays and (2) NHDP Independent/Assisted Living Facility at Carville LA, 24 hrs day/7 days week/365 days year, including holidays. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with 2 one-year options. This is a 100% small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible to receive award. The RFP will be posted at the Government website at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, BPHC/National Hansen's Disease Programs, Posted Dates on or about June 13, 2005. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561330. Solicitation will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.
