Description

This is a notice of intent that the National Institute of Standards and Technology plans to exercise Option Year I (CLIN 0002) on purchase order number SB1341-04-W-1255. This purchase order is for an annual on-line subscription for Market Leader Version of ?Chip Making Markets?. The period of performance for Option Year I is January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006. The base year was advertised on August 12, 2004 but the synopsis did not include the option year. There is no further option on this purchase order to be exercised. The anticipated date of the preparation of the modification is on or about 10 days from the date of this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation.
