- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for tree removal services for the Idyllwild South Watershed Recovery Emergency Watershed Project. This project will be a performance-based service contract. The project is located in Riverside County, California. The major items of work are Pollution Control, Mobilization and Demobilization, Traffic Control, Tree Removal, Brush Removal, and Fire Prevention Requirements (These items are all lump sum.) This work is to be completed within 100 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Contractors are required to have a valid license as a Class A Licensed Timber Operator. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Site visit to be held 05/17/05, 10:00 a.m. meeting at the NRCS EWP office located at 25965 State Hwy. 243, Idyllwild, CA 92549. Offers are due 05/25/05 by 2:30 p.m. The solicitation documents will be made available via FedBizOpps website approximately 05/12/05.
