- The Janitorial Services Project for the Fox Field Dispatch and Aviation Unit of the Angeles National Forest is located in Los Angeles County, California. Janitorial Services included general cleaning as outlined in the Work Schedule and all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment except Government Furnished Property outlined in the Specifications. The areas to be serviced our the Fox Operation Coordination Center Building which is 3100 square feet, Pilots Ready Room Building which is 2000 square feet, Regional Aviation Group Building which is 1800 square feet, and the Tanker Base Office Building which is 800 square feet. The work site is located at Fox Field, 4503 W.William Barnes Avenue, Lancaster, CA 93536-2459. Take Hwy 14 to Avenue G, travel West on G for 2 ? miles. The contract is renewable and includes one base year and 4 one year options. Desired starting date is 7/1/2005. The Contractor must bid on base year and all options. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online @ http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. NAICS code: 561720 Size Standard $14.0 million. Offer due by noon June 16, 2004.
