- This solicitation is a formal request for proposal (RFP) for multiple NSNs in FSC 1560, 1620, 1650, 1680, and 5841. It is anticipated that split awards may be made. The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract(s) with a two-year base period and three one-year option periods. The items included in this solicitation shall be manufactured in accordance with Government technical data packages, and specifications. Technical data can be obtained using a combination of the websites found below. Access to the websites may require registration. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register prior to release of the solicitation if they have not already done so. Drawings can be obtained from the following website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/mb_index.asp Military Specifications (MIL-SPEC) and Federal Specifications (FED-SPEC) can be downloaded from the following websites: http://assist.daps.dla.mil/online/start/ or http://dodssp.daps.dla.mil/ The anticipated opening date of the RFP is June 15, 2005. The RFP can be downloaded from the following website on and after the opening date specified in the RFP. http://www2.dscr.dla.mil/externalweb/userweb/kd/. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF.)
