The Contracting Officer is: Karen Clements, phone is 804-279-6877. This solicitation will be issued, as an Unrestricted Procurement, utilizing full and open competition. Est. Issue Date: June 2, 2005 with Est. Closing Date July 5, 2005. Subject item is non-commercial. First Article/Preproduction Approval Government Testing is required. This is a critical application item with Configuration Control, and Export Control. Surge is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Origin, 129 days after the date of contract. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed Buy.
