- Solicitation SP0750-05-R-3831 is a 100% small business set-aside for 40 NSN(s) that have various item descriptions and end item uses. The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes: 1095, 1440, 1450, 3040, 4310, and 4730. These items are described as: Vehicular and Tank Spare Parts. This requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IQC) for which delivery orders would be placed against the subsequent award for a period of one (1) year. Additionally, this procurement contains an option to extend the contract award period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration [base year plus a four (4) option year(s)] shall not exceed five (5) years. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Technical drawings/bid sets will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis or at https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil on the solicitation issue date. Restricted Rights Data Restrictions apply. First Article Testing (FAT) (Government FAT and Contractor FAT) is required for some of the NSN(s) in this package. Additionally, component QPL(s) are required for some of the NSN(s). Destinations(s) include: various stock locations within CONUS and OCONUS. NSN(s) requires FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. Copies of the RFP will be available in FedBizOps or at the DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 01-June-2005. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
