- The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Jamaica-CAR) anticipates the award of a contract for two (2) years with options for two one-year extensions, for the services of an organization to design and carry-out comprehensive performance management and support services for the Jamaica and Caribbean programs. The Contractor shall design and implement a comprehensive, integrated program to facilitate results achievement and performance planning, measurement, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting system to measure USAID/Jamaica-CAR?s performance in achieving the objectives as laid out in the 2005-2009 Strategic Plans. This multifaceted performance management program with a Management Information System (MIS)/Geographic Information System (GIS) component will enable the Mission to fulfill its performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and information dissemination requirements as mandated in the Automated Directives System (ADS) and other Agency guidance. The solicitation will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS web page (i.e. www.fbo.gov) not less than fifteen (15) days after this notice is issued. In accordance with FAR 5.102 (d), availability of the solicitation is limited to this electronic medium only. Requests for other copies of the solicitation will be disregarded without notice to the requestor. No telephone requests will be accepted, no solicitation will be available for pick-up, and no walk-ins will be allowed.
