This amendment is hereby issued to correct the Engineer Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (EFARS) Internet website address listed in FAR clause 52.252-1, Solicitation Provisions Incorporated By Reference (Feb 1998) and FAR clause 52.252-2, Clau ses Incorporated By Reference (Feb 1998) as attached herein. b. The closing due date and time is not extended. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, all interested Contractors shall download the solicitation information from the Electronic Contract Solicitations website, which may be accessed by clicking the Electronic Contracting Solicitations hyperlink at http://www.poh.usace.a rmy.mil/pohct/Contracting.asp.
