Description
The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the Rehabilitation of the HVAC System at the Air Traffic Control Tower located and Reading Airport in Reading PA. Estimated cost of this project $200,000 and shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. This Screening Information Request (SIR) is 100 set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 235110. Companies that qualify may request a copy of the Screening Information Request (solicitation) by faxing a request to 718-995-5685, Attn: Maria Rosu. Due to a time restraint, all fax requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2005. There is a limit of three (3) copies of the Solicitation available. The first three fax requests for the solicitation will be sent a copy of the solicitation. Requests will be controlled based on the time and date as it appears on the faxed request. Susquehanna Air Conditioning Refrigerator and Tustin Mechanical Services have been identified as Small Business Concerns qualified of satisfying this requirement and will be provided a copy of the (SIR) solicitation. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2005 @ 10:00 a.m. Due to security reasons, NO OTHER DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Offerors shall contact Maria Rosu, Contracting Officer on 718-553-3084 within twenty four (24) hours prior to conference date to confirm attendance. Offers will be accepted from only those contractors who have attended the mandatory pre-proposal conference to assure a full understanding of the requirements. The Government is seeking offers that provide a combination of quality and price in order to select the greatest value or "Best Buy" offer. Therefore, award may be made to other than the lowest offer.
