PR #: RE50750030000, NSN 6160-01-130-8045, COVER BATTERY BOX, RFP #: SP0406-05-R-2211 Contracting Officer: GAIL GARY /804-279-6851 Issue Date: MAY 5TH, 2005, Closing Date: JULY 5TH, 2005. Subject procurement is an INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT with a base plus four option years . Subject RFP Estimated annual qty base year: 284 each, Estimated annual qty for option years: 284 each. THIS IS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFER FROM SDVOSB FIRMS WILL BE CONSIDERED. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 57 days ARO. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
