- *******THE RESPONSE DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS 10 JUN 2005******** NSN: 4920-00-139-8019FG, P/N F311007, QTY: 3 each. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 2 May 2005. the approximate closing date of the soliciation will be 2 June 2005. The anticipated award date will be 24 June 2005. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Written requests may be emailed to dee.jordan@tinker.af.mil or faxed to (405) 739-2817. All responsible sources (IAW FAR Part 9) may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Actual manufacturer: The Boeing Company. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
