- Description
- This project consists of all plant, material, labor, supervision, permits, and permit procurement for Repair Munitions Maintenance Facilities Buildings 906 & 907. Work will include, but is not limited to: the repair of two existing facilities with in the munitions storage areas, facilities 906 and 907. Repair includes walls, interior and exterior finishes, reconfiguring workspaces, upgrade of the HVAC system, pavement repair and replacement of exterior metal wall panels in 907. Facility 906 repair includes doors, exterior finishes, pavement repair and repair of the grounding and lightning protection system. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 23 June 2005. Construction time will be one hundred sixty (160) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement from the Nationwide NG Posting for Electronic Business Solicitations (EBS) on-line at http:// www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All requests for solicitations shall go through the EBS website. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS website to access/download the solicitation. Clicking on the solici tation number link will start the registration process. Interested bidders must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation and associated inform ation minus the plans and specifications will be available only from the EBS website. The plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website on-line at https://www.fedteds.gov/. Interested bidders a re required to register on the FedTeDS website to access/download the plans and specifications. Registration information is available on the FedTeDS homepage. This project is an unrestricted acquisition.
