- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command intends to procure Engine Inlet Barri Filter (EIBF) Spare Parts to support the UH-60 aircraft. The estimated quantity minimum is 6,620 each; maximum value of parts ordered over 5 years is not to exceed $9,900,000.00. It is anticipated that a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract will be issued for this requirement. This procurement is sole source to Aerospace Filtration Systems, Inc. (AFS), 4 Research Park Drive, St. Charles, MO 63304. The EIBF Spare Parts will support the EIBF designed by AFS, which is the only EIBF that is certified by AMCOM Aviation Engineering ( AED) as airworthy on the UH-60. A Technical Data Package is not available. All components and assembly level drawings are marked with proprietary rights legend. The annotated response date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing dates stated above.
