- Description
- Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation, and disposal/recycling of hazardous items from DRMOs Colorado Springs, CO, Minot, ND, Ellsworth, SD and Great Falls, WY and surrounding locations. SP4400-05-R-0016 will be issued on or about June 17, 2005. Approximate closing date is July 22, 2005. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinaces, and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. This procurement is under full and open competition. The final contract award will be based on past performance and other factors described in the solicitation.
