- Description
- The Government intends to procure 7 each Remote Readout Units, P/N 622-9692-001. The intended source is Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination with delivery to MSSA/CRP HHC 160TH SOAR (ABN) 7244 Nightstalker Way, FT. Campbell, KY 42223-6012. Required delivery date, 15 July 2005, however, partial and early delivery is acceptable and preferable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, e-mail: elder@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-4199. The anticipated award date is 20 May 2005. No telephone requests will be accepted. See Number Note(s): 22. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will be utilized.
