- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award, to a responsible quoter for the provision of Phlebotomy Technician services for the Federal Correctional Institution Williamsburg, 8301 Highway 521, Salters, SC 29590. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four one-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The successful contractor(s) shall provide Phlebotomy Technician services consistent with community standards. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621399, with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. Services will be performed on individuals who are in the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. Yearly contract requirements include an estimated 1500 one hour sessions. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 31, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about June 30, 2005. All responsible small businesses must submit a quote to be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
