- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Wide Band Systems, Inc. to provide a High Probability Intercept (HPI) Receiver, an Electronic Support Measures (ESM) Processor with cables, and to make software modifications to the ESM processor to meet a CNSG requirement of pulse width detection of 30 nanoseconds vice the factory default of 100 nanoseconds (ns). The system architecture being procured is based on a standard product designed, developed and supported by Wide Band Systems. A Firm Fixed Price, commercial type contract will be negotiated. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted to Jennifer Kelley, Code 0217JK, in writing via the email address below or fax to (843) 218-5963. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Numbered Note 22 applies.
