- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis three AVS5100R2V VME graphics cards and kits. Barcoview, LLC, 3059 Premiere Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097 is the sole manufacturer and distributor for this system. The order shall be issued as a sole source as the AVS5100R2V VME graphics card are the only ones compatible with the current system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed priced order.! FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-05-Q-1169 and is a Request for Quote. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall apply to this procurement. All interested parties shall indicate their interest and capability by e-mail to XDS11@nswc.navy.mil. These shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. This procurement is DO priority. Offer is due 20 May 2005, no later than 2:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time. Anticipated award by 27 May 2005.
