- The solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or aboput 20 May 2005. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone, email or fax request for this solocitation will not be accepted. Description: Remove existing windows and install new larger egress windows in housing units at Whispering Pines Summer housing complex, Voyageurs National Park, MN. Solicitation Number: I6590050004. The National Park Service requires a firm fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of 33 existing wndows and replacing with park provided windows, removal of 17 existing windows, provide and install new windows in place of these 17 windows removed. The NAICS code for this project is 236118. Contract duration is from the Notice To Proceed through 4 Nov 2005. In Accordance With the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart36.204, the price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is an Invitation For Bid (IFB) and is subject to the provisions of the FAR, Part 14. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation. Responses will be due approximatley 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
