- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a basic one-year contract with 4 annual options for the purchase of water distribution systems and additional whole unit spares to provide water capability to a Base Expeditionary Airfield Resource location. This acquisition is for the production of the new water system that is modular in design and constructed of interchangeable pieces to maximize configuration flexibility.
