- Description
- McChord AFB intends to establish a Fixed Price Requirement Type contract for Aircraft Services. Period of performance will be a Base Period with four (4) Option Periods. Contractor shall perform Aircraft Services tasks to include Management Functions, Arrival Services, Processing Services, Departure Services, Wash and Lubrication Services, Flight Line Deicing Fluid and Wash Water Clean Up and Emergency Services. The acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR 12 Utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiations. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 4581 and the Small Business size standard is $6 million annual average gross revenue for the last three (3) years. This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Mar 2005. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posing System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. Proposals are due by close of business (4:30pm PST), 30 days after solicitation posting date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAR-2005).
