Description
The Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Region Office (SNR), Folsom, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project located at Redding Maintenance Facility, Redding, CA. The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of existing metal roofing system, trim, gutters, downspouts, curbs, boots, and flashing for the existing garage and office building and removal and replacement of existing rooftop HVAC system, maintenance of existing evaporative units, replace insulation and white vapor barrier in the garage/warehouse buidling, and other miscellaneous work as described in the statement of work and on the drawings. The existing building was manufactured by VP Buildings and only VP Building components will be acceptable. This work is located in Redding, California in the Shasta County. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business with a NAICS code of 238160 and a size standard of $12 Million. Estimated construction magnitude is between $75,000 and $200,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 15, 2005 and proposals will be due on or about July 10, 2005, 10:00 a.m. PST. Estimated completion date is sixty (60) days after receipt of notice to proceed. Interested offerors must e-mail, fax, or mail the Contract Specialist, Lucy Boswell to request the specifications and applicable drawings. DO NOT post any questions or responses to this RFQ on IIPS. Any questions or responses posted on the IIPS that concern this RFQ WILL NOT be considered during the evaluation and award process.
