Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 14,850 rentable square feet of office, storage and specialty space to yield a minimum of 12,500 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. All space shall be contiguous and shall always be located on the second floor or above. Below grade, basement, and first floor space will not be considered. REQUIRED: All services, supplies and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Buildings that can provide a 50 foot setback are preferred. TERM: Space is required by January 1, 2006. Lease term will be for 10 years, 5 years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office by May 20, 2005.
