- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing 3,450 BOMA usable square feet (approximately 3,968 rentable square feet) of contiguous office space for occupancy by the Internal Revenue Service. The term will be 10 years, 5 years firm, commencing on or about May 1, 2006. One reserved parking space is required on-site. The delineated area is the city limits of Great Falls, Montana. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a historic district are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
