- Amendment A0004 is hereby issued because significant changes have occurred to the original requirements, which has caused a need for the Government to switch from the original Indefinite Quantity format to a Requirements format. The Government has not evaluated the proposals submitted under this solicitation This amended solicitation using the Requirements format is open to the general public and anyone who submitted proposals under the Indefinite Quantity format may submit a new or amended proposal, if desired. If a new or amended proposal is not submitted, consideration will be given to the previous proposal unless a withdrawal request is sent to the email address below. Proposals are due by 12:00 noon (MDT) on Thursday, May 19, 2005. Proposals may be submitted by email to Millie_J._Egan@hud.gov (NOTE: Offerors are advised there is a 5 megabyte limit per email), or mailed to the following address: Millie J.
