- The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to acquire 115,000 synthetic food three component lures. A first article sample of 300 each is required after award of contract with the same first article produced at the same production facility as the production quantity. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), min/max quantities, Firm Fixed Price, Delivery Order Contract with a base award period of one calendar year and two 1 year option periods which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards may be considered. This is a 100% small business set aside. The NAIC is 325414, Size: 500 employees. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only: www.fedbizopps.gov. NOTIFICATION WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERORS REGARDIN THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFEROR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments shall be posted to the website at: www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFP 026-M-APHIS-05 must be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement.
