- The Library of Congress intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase/delivery order to: Verity, Inc of Sunnyvale CA. The purchase/delivery order is based on provision, installation, configuration and tuning demonstration versions of two specific software products manufactured by and supported by Verity, Inc. (Ultraseek and K2). The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 13.106-1 that Verity retains all proprietary source code for the specified software product. This is not a request for competitive proposals and NO SOLICITATION is available. No telephones calls will be accepted. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in re sponse to this notice.
