- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) intends to issue a contract to Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Atlanta, GA, a nonprofit technical assistance, research and development educational organization in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(3). Industrial Mobilization; engineering; developmental, or research capability; or expert services. No other solicitation documents are available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a determination by the Government to compete this proposed action will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The proposed contract action is for one base year and possible four option years, and is to provide technical and professional services needed to support and expand CourtsWeb. The following types of services will be required: File content and database management; application, database and website design; system architecture, hardware, and software; system security and certification and accreditation services; monitoring, analysis, and testing; documentation. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
