- The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the GSA HQs invites interested parties to submit a written response to the attached Request for Information (RFIs) for 1) Account Receivable (AR), Billing & 2) Asset Management Solution (please see Attachment 1& 2 for details). In addition, OCFO plans to hold an information exchange meeting (e.g. GSA's Industry Day) to discuss the above RFIs with potential respondents (Time, Location, Agenda & Attendee Info will be provided to confirmed attendees). The Industry Day will address both AR & Asset Management at the same time as we expect that some vendors may respond to both RFIs. Attachment 2 is the Asset Management RFI which is a mirror copy of the AR RFI, but with the focus on getting info on fixed asset management solutions. Attachment 3 provides additional background information (re: current systems and processes that perform the functions for which OCFO are seeking information on a replacement solution through the RFI.
