- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, SC has a need for engineering and technical services in support of the Combat Direction Finder (CDF), Cooperative Outboard Ligistics Update (COBLU), and other Tactical Cryptologic Systems (TCS)and equipment. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract for a base plus four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source to BAE SYSTEMS, Applied Technologies Inc., 1601 Research Blvd., Rockville,MD 20850-3173. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
