- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, HI intends to acquire information technology services for the USPACOM HQ, Camp Smith, HI. Work involves IT support services to include (1) software application submission, testing, certification and deployment; (2) collecting, validating and upgrading user information technology requests (ITR); (3) assessing quality of NMCI system deliveries; (4) managing NMCI orders; (5) coordinating NMCI system database input; (6) NMCI service execution-process improvement; (7) ITR representative and customer training; (8) performing project management and coordination on IT projects and (9) technical writing. The period of performance of the resulting contract is 1 June 2005 through 31 May 2006 with three (3) priced one-year option periods. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 541513 and the small business size standard is $21M. A single award will be made to the lowest priced, tech! nically acceptable offer. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Commercial Item and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The solicitation will be posted on the NECO website on or about 6 May 2005.
