- Provide management, administrative and production services, materials, tools, equipment, and required support to accomplish non-skid deck covering installation and repairs onboard U.S. Navy and other military vessels which may include submarines. Work shall include, but is not limited to, removing existing deck covering utilizing abrasive blast or ultra high pressure water jetting; and installing non-skid deck covering and coating in support of non-skid work. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing technical, past performance, and price as evaluation factors. Performance of work will be onboard U.S. Navy and other military type vessels, which may include submarines and may be accomplished worldwide. The NAICS code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is a follow-on procurement. The current contract numbers for non-skid are N62678-01-D-0005/0006/0007/0008.
